我也疑惑。
附上我蒐集到的簡單筆記，分成精油篇和塑化劑篇給大家參考。
翻了皮埃爾‧法蘭貢《藥用精油學》，滿頭問號
因為2020年修訂版中，提到2007「茶樹和薰衣草精油導致男性女乳症」的相關報導，沒有澄清。
我寫信請教了出版社，回答很棒！
出版社給我Robert Tisserand（英國芳療權威大師）2008年發表的討論連結。
簡單總結如下：
1. 在懷孕的老鼠局部塗抹薰衣草精油，沒有雌激素作用。
2. 沒有一個證據顯示薰衣草精油會導致雌激素上升。從體外測試中看到的荷爾蒙效應，應是從測試中使用的塑料溶出的鄰苯二甲酸鹽（環境賀爾蒙）引起的。

精油篇：
法蘭貢的書中『芳香分子的毒性評估』中提到如下：
★內分泌干擾素
1. 含有反式茴香腦的精油：洋茴香、八角茴香、甜茴香……
《兒童中醫芳療》中，把甜茴香列為適合兒童的精油之一，處理暈車暈船、消化不良、便秘皆有良好功效。《芳療實證全書》甜茴香精油篇章，提到2003的研究：新生兒腸絞痛，使用含甜茴香精油按摩後，嬰兒的腸胃脹氣、絞痛症狀會明顯緩解。
茴香也是常見的香料之一，拿來醃肉或是作為滷包，對於哺乳期的媽媽疏通乳腺效果非常的好。
2. 倍半萜醇類精油：五脈白千層、白千層、絲柏、鼠尾草……
參考《芳療實證全書》，指得應該是『雙萜醇』類，因化學結構與類固醇激素非常相似，有類雌激素效應。
快樂鼠尾草醇：快樂鼠尾草、鼠尾草因香醇：產自東非的衣索匹亞、索馬利亞乳香冷杉醇：原萃取自歐洲冷杉，但含量較多的是絲柏，又稱絲柏醇。淚杉醇：主要來自絲柏精油。植醇：又稱葉綠醇，溶劑或CO2萃取的茉莉精油會見到此成分。3.摩洛哥藍艾菊精油會影響月經週期，從28天變成14天。
個人覺得玫瑰原精或精油也會影響呢！★胚胎毒性
1.鼠尾草精油有造成胚胎心臟發育不全的風險。
2.懷孕8個月的孕婦使用真正薰衣草精油，並不會對胚胎造成傷害。

性早熟＆塑化劑篇：
★怎麼評估兒童的性早熟？參考馬偕醫院兒童內分泌科-黃世綱醫師的說明：
○判斷標準：
1.女孩8歲前胸部漲痛、硬塊：可以觸摸胸部組織和附近皮膚的軟硬度測試。
2.男孩9歲前睪丸變大：用專門睪丸測量器『比大小』。
3.幼兒期後一年內突然迅速長高4～8公分（疑似，可儘速檢查）
○可能成因：
1.環境賀爾蒙＆營養過剩
2.卵巢腫瘤或腦下垂體出問題。
《謝玠揚的長化短說2》中，『鄰苯二甲酸脂類』的化合物最為常見，也就是塑化劑（環境賀爾蒙）。
便利商店的紙盒、手搖飲內層通常都是塑膠膜而非食用蠟; 外送用的塑膠袋盛裝又油又熱的食物，也在不知不覺中變成塑化劑補充品。
市售方便使用的茶包大多是使用塑膠（不是棉布～），遇熱就會釋放出百億顆微塑膠，遠超過其他被塑膠污染的食品和飲料。
什麼式微型塑膠？已經被禁用的『去角質柔珠』便是。
平常用的洗碗精、沐浴乳、洗髮精也都是用塑膠瓶裝，如果用無香沐浴乳加上精油，那塑化劑可就笑得合不攏嘴，出來搗蛋了～
總結：水喝多了也會中毒。任何事物都有正反兩面。知識就是力量，瞭解越多才能克服恐懼

* This was an in vitro study, and as such does not tell us whether such an effect takes place in the human body, or what the threshold dose would be.
* The full research has not yet been published, so we don't know how potent the effects were. Very weak estrogenic activity, 10,000 times weaker than human estrogen, is typical of estrogens from plant sources.
* Research using a standard protocol in pregnant rats has shown that topically applied lavender oil is not estrogenic.
* In cases where lavender oil is thought to have caused breast growth in pre-pubertal children, none of them showed elevated levels of estrogen. It is feasible that the hormonal effects seen from in vitro testing is caused by phthalates leached out of plastics used in the testing.
* One of the authors co-published a 2007 study showing an in vitro estrogenic effect for lavender oil and tea tree oil.
* In the 2007 study, 96-well trays were used. These are made of plastic that contains estrogenic substances such as phthalates.
* We know from other research that essential oils leach these substances out of plastic.
* This creates doubt about whether the essential oils were responsible for the in vitro effects.
* If the phthalates etc. are responsible for the hormonal effects noted, this would explain why all 8 constituents seemed to be active, probably with different potencies related to the degree of leaching
